Baron Automotive started business 11 years ago. It is a family business that developed an excellent reputation as a general automotive repair business in Naples, Florida. Our "Motto"? Provide high quality service and repair of automobiles at a fair price.
Although we positioned ourselves as a viable business, we seemed to hit a plateau and were unable to increase our sales volume as desired. The company's objective was to grow into a million dollar per year business. We purchased the building we occupied and were leasing. The purchase decision was made even though our gross sales did not really support the additional costs of owning the building.
A drastic increase in revenues would be needed. Earlier attempts at advertising to improve our volume of work had failed. Something drastic needed to be done or we were doomed to fail.
Stan Lubowicki provided a totally fresh look at our business. With his coaching we quickly reached the conclusion that we could improve our position by specializing as GM Experts. Stan created a terrific and successful Yellow Page advertisement piece and provided counseling on other problematic areas we needed to solve.
In less than one year we increased our gross sales by 30%. We created another profit center by adding automobile restoration as another specialty. The new advertising program has not only brought in more customers, but better customers as well.
If we would not have implemented the programs laid out by Stan Lubowicki we would likely have been in serious trouble or still be struggling to survive.
