Most people in your situation have a certain amount of apprehension or fear. This is unknown territory for you, and you fear the unknown. Remember this though: fear obscures clarity - it keeps you in the darkness - and it will never take you where you want to go.

I’ll outline here the steps you will take to get started healing. Be forewarned. I ask tough questions. I like to get to the root of things. Maybe that’s why I get results.

Getting Started

 

1 Outline the challenges you’re facing and how they’re affecting your life.  

 

2 Complete the Emotion Survey. Follow the directions.

 

3 Decide which areas of your life and specific challenges you want to address and write down the results you desire. You must be specific.

 

Examples:

 

I want to be thin is too vague. I want to weigh 120 pounds by my daughter’s wedding next January 15th is specific.

 

I want to feel better is way too vague. I want to be free of the sharp stabbing pain in my lower back is specific.

 

I want to be healthy is vague. I want my x-rays to show that my tumor is gone is specific.

 

4 Mail or email 1, 2, and 3 above to me. Make sure to include phone number.

 

5 After I receive the above, I’ll phone you and we can explore your healing options and costs involved.

 

6 If all is agreeable and payment is made, we’ll set a convenient time for your first session.

 

7 Show up for your first session. The rest is easy. It really really is. I assure you that any fear and apprehension will quickly fall by the wayside. The worst case scenario is you don’t like me or what I offer and I refund your money. See my guarantee.
